XL Connect E10 Right-Click Menu Disabled


We have just switched from E9 to E10 and as part of the upgrade I have updated to the E10 version of XL Connect. This worked fine for 2 of the 3 machines I had to upgrade but 1 machine keeps coming up with the following error message:-


I have re-registered and re-installed several times and I always get this error, I have checked the settings against the other machine that work and everything looks the same.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

I had this happen to me as well… a few years ago. I believe I ended up doing a full repair on office to fix this.

You are correct, doing a Office Reset has fixed this issue.

I have this exact same issue, repair fixes it, but the problem comes back. Is there a permanent fix for this or is there any special trick for this?
