We have just switched from E9 to E10 and as part of the upgrade I have updated to the E10 version of XL Connect. This worked fine for 2 of the 3 machines I had to upgrade but 1 machine keeps coming up with the following error message:-
I have re-registered and re-installed several times and I always get this error, I have checked the settings against the other machine that work and everything looks the same.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
