Also, if you want to do a quarter comp, you can change the number of
periods to 3, then it will add the last 3 periods together. I've set
this up as a separate column name, so I can use the same main report.

In the report designer, under the column set up, use the column type
Actual & number of periods 12, it will sum the prior periods up to the
period you are in. for the month amount use the same column type &
number of periods 1. This should work.

How do I specify a column that will include year to date information? As
I look at it, if I want a report for November year to date, I need to
specify 11 in the Number of Periods field. That is great for November,
but what about October? Do I need a separate report for October that

make the columns only pick up a year to date amount, but I can't figure
it out, and the help topic is of little use.
