Michelle,
First, sorry about the last reply and the attachment. I am not sure how I
did that!
Let me give you a few incentives to use on your boss. Not only do you not
have to leave you desk to fax anything, you don't have to leave it to
receive anything. It helps pay for itself with no paper or cartridge use on
a fax machine (you don't need one anymore). You can fax to any number
(thousands even) with only one input. Genifax uses a printer called "Print
to mail", your Outlook address book, or you can send "One Off" faxes.
Another incentive. Have you ever lost a fax that was a very important one
and could not get another one? With genifax you can archive all your faxes
(inbound and outbound) to a directory and they are indexed in a database for
easy recovery. Back them up to tape and you NEVER lose a fax.

Michelle,
Even my Amish-hillbilly user (the one with the horse up on
blocks in his front yard) can use Zetafax.

Okay-if I get a program like Zetafax, or the likes - will I be able
to fax directly out of Vantage as if it is a printer?
Zetafax sounds wonderful to me, but I am looking at an average of
maybe 3-5 people faxing from their desk, and I'm pretty sure my boss
will not cough up $400 to accomplish this. We are looking into it
though, (for convenience sake) as myself and the purchasing agent do
an awful lot of faxing all day long, as well as a few other people.
Is there a program anyone can recommend that will get the job done,
user friendly, and is not going to be very costly?
