We recently purchased a Zebra 4Mplus printer to print tags for
inventory. Our labels are 4" x 2". When I print the tag that came with
Vantage it prints across 5 labels. I created my own Crystal tag and
when I print it from Crystal it prints perfectly but when I print it
from within Vantage it only prints
2" of the label. I've tried changing my report to landscape but that
doesn't seem to help. When I preview the tag on the screen in Vantage
it comes up on the screen using my default printer, an HP LaserJet. As
soon as I select the Zebra printer I can see the label on the screen
flip around 90 degrees so that it is now 2" x 4". Does anyone know what
is causing this to happen?
