5.0 to 8.03 VB form migration?

Hello,



I have a quotemat VB form in 5.0 that estimators enter blank size,
thickness, and material type. It calculates square footage required and
populates the qty / parent filed on the material requirement screen.
Looking for ideas on how people are doing this in 8.03 (i.e VB.net,
custom table,etc) ?
