We are pretty good at writing BAQ's but we struggle with BPM's. Our material handlers pick up product from our machine after our floor employees log the data into MES. After the data is logged into MES, the quantity shows up in a location not a bin. Our material handlers will sometimes pick up more product than is reported, right now there is a warning window prompt that tells them this but does allow them to continue. We are trying to write a BPM to not allow them to continue until the quantity reported = the quantity they are picking up. Can anyone provide any help with this BPM?
