Absentee Report

Does anyone have a report showing when someone is absent they would
be willing to share?
We screen print the ShopTracker "Who is Not Here" screen. The print is time
stamped to document "as of" time. We use it for a "points" system to track
tardiness. It could also be used later in a shift to indicate absent. The
few missing the next day from the Labor Edit report (as hinted by the screen
shot) are tagged as absent.

I have a couple of reports "Who's here" /"Who's Not" I havent used them
much so they might be buggy, but I would be glad to share.

My boss is asking me for an absentee report from Vantage DC information. I
am usually pretty good about figuring reports out for him, but this one has
me stumped. We have a day shift, a night shift and then 2 'rotating'
shifts, where two groups alternate and work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and
Saturday one week and then Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the next
week and swap every other week. I can't figure out how to show when each
person was supposed to be here and wasn't. has anyone else done anythign
like this???
