Actual Gross 0 in Production Detail Report

It turns out that it prints ok as long as I don't select Summary and Profitability at the same time. I think Summary does something to the report that misses the gross figure altogether.

A lot of our Production Detail Reports have a 0.00 Actual Gross value.
So the Profitability section looks something like this:
Actual Gross: 0.00 Cost: 1631.30 Net: -1631.30
It seems to happen regardless whether the job was completed, or not, or closed.

Any ideas why it wouldn't show the amount billed?

A lot of our Production Detail Reports have a 0.00 Actual Gross value.
So the Profitability section looks something like this:
Actual Gross: 0.00 Cost: 1631.30 Net: -1631.30
It seems to happen regardless whether the job was completed, or not, or
closed.

Any ideas why it wouldn't show the amount billed?

Yes, I understand the freebies would do that. I am concerned about the ones that actually have valid numbers in the SO and Invoice.
There must be something missing somewhere.

Probably.



We usually complete the jobs, ship them then close them. I'm usually
looking at production detail reports right after we have shipped and
invoiced them, and I never have this problem.



So if you are not completing the jobs, it could be the problem.



Definitely test it out and see.
