Adding columns to a Grid View on Order Tracker

I am trying to find the best way to add column fields from the BOLHead table to the Shipments tab on the Sales Order Tracker if that is possible. I started out thinking I needed to add a sheet to bring in the Carrier and Pro number but that didnt seem to work. Since I only need two fields added to the shipments tab grid that are coming from another table but linked by the customer order and Log number, would this be an easy add. I am not sure on the binding of this table and field into the existing grid
