Adding forms to print with Job Packet

I have 5 forms that I want to have printed out with each job packet for the floor. Has anyone done this?

Is there a way to embed these forms into the job somehow, all these sheets need info recorded by the operators and are retained for Quality Purposes

Customize the Job Traveler form. One thing to keep in mind is it might be one of the reports that combines them into a “single report”.

You’d want to build your pages inside the group by jobnum. If you just add to the end of the report you’d get that page just once, no matter how many jobs are included in the printout.

Do you have DocStar and Advanced Print Routing? If so, you could create Document Types, something like QA, load these documents against each company you have. Then use Advance Print Routing, linked to a Job Traveller to retrieve pickup QA documents from DocStar and then either email or print the documents.
Modifying / Customizing the Job Travellers report is also a good solution.
