AFR report designer cannot open issue (Could not create a session, please contact support.)

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the following error message when we re-installed and open AFR report designer, error message showed “Could not create a session, please contact support.” We are on AFR 10.2.

we had that when we had a network issue. It only happened on WiFi. Solved with new access points.

It explained / solved several issues where latency or dropped connections turned out to be an issue.

Not necessarily the same issue but worth checking.
