On my company we’ve been thinking on implementing a AI system tha is able to answer different questions based on our Epicor Data, and might as well thinking on automating several Tasks with the aide of AI as well..
Has anyone ventured on this territory? Whats’ your experience? I know there is Epicor Prism for example but we think, as with most of Epicor offerings, it might be too limited or not able to being customizable…
There is another thread here “uses of ai” or something in the off topic forum I think? Where some working examples like what you ask about are demonstrated. I would link it but mobile at the moment.
Gabe and myself have both created similar tools. I don’t know about his, but our software is technically for sale, as well as our services should you want something custom.
