Is there a way to use the order fulfillment workbench across all sites other than toggle sites for mixed site orders? I don’t see a global order fulfillment offering but might be missing something and would like to be able to reserve/allocate across all sites at the same time during a single order.

I don’t believe that this is possible. Fulfillment Workbench is filtered by your current site, because that is how security is designed in Epicor.
I understand how this might make it difficult to see if you can fulfill an entire order at “one time” even if it is shipping from multiple sites. I would recommend a dashboard based on the partAlloc table which is what the fulfillment workbench uses. Your dashboard could show the same data, but it could cross the SITE Boundary.
Thanks for the response, Tim. I appreciate it. The customer service team is doing the allocation and, although a dashboard would surely help seeing the fulfillment potential, they begin by launching the fulfillment process from order entry and were hoping to do the cross site fulfillment at that point. We will just do our best to split our orders between sites for now and toggle sites as needed.
