Any MT SaaS 10.2.400.2 having trouble with report printing

Any MT SaaS customers out there having issues printing?

We are live on 10.2.400.2 and we are seeing multiple instances of duplicate prints.

You print one pack slip - but get two.
You print one Job Traveler - but get two.
You print one Sales Order - but get two.

Some are Crystal reports, and some are SSRS.

Have not found any rhyme or reason - sometimes it prints just one as expected and sometimes it prints two.

Any others seeing this?

This issue was fixed for us for a while but now it seems back. Anyone experiencing this?

My company experiences this, but so far only on custom Crystal Reports forms. Here is the most frequent sequence:

  • Print Preview for Job Traveler; works as expected (usually printing is done following the preview; my staff tends not to trust that the report will be as anticipated without previewing first).
  • Print Preview for Pick List; concurrently both Job Traveler appears again and also Pick List.

Because we are not experiencing this with SSRS reports, my thinking was that I would convert the Crystal Reports to SSRS, but perhaps that effort won’t be necessary if Epicor can fix this bug.

The “workaround” from support is to “lightly click your mouse”, lol.
Otherwise, @aidacra suggested going to File > Print/Preview.

Yeah I found the problem file on Epiccare, have instructed users to use the menu. Thx.

Mr. Evan: My people have told me that using the menu does not always work.

I will try to verify.
