I'm throwing this out there to see what people think... We use
doc-link/APM to fax Vantage documents to our customers. One customer in
particular receives our faxes on 8x14" paper unintentionally. We're the
only company that sends him faxes that affects him this way. Does
anyone have any idea what setting on his fax machine could be causing
this? We've checked the obvious stuff... any thoughts would be great.
