I have an apr set up on the ar invoice form. I am needing to add the customer contact email that is located on the order form to be added to this apr. Currently I am only finding the customer email that is located on the invoice form. What would be the solution to achieve the desired results. Thank you.
Copy and modify the Report Data Definition for the AR invoice form to include the (presumably primary billing) contact’s email address, then create a new report style using that customized RDD, and then set up your APR using that new report style.
Additionally, I would ask you please to vote for Epicor ERP Idea #363, Modernize Report Data Definitions to include contact email addresses for all externally distributed forms.
