ARP Sent email 3 times

Set up APR for SOAck’s and was did all my testing with no issues.

We used it for the first time today with a customer we have a good relationship with and let them know we were automating the emailing of their SOack. Everything worked the way it was supposed to with 1 hiccup. It sent the email 3 times.

Anyone have an idea why it would have done that?

It seems to be something with our internal mail settings as it will send to anyone with a company email but will not outside. It is sending 3 times because it is trying multiple times.
