Assign priority to a job based on customer

Hello everyone,

We are hoping to start using Epicor more for scheduling. A big goal was to give jobs from our top customers the highest priority. For example the top 10 customers in terms of sales dollars would be scheduled ahead of our 50th customer in terms of sales dollars. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished? Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I think a way to do this: . Process:

  • Mapping between Customer Reservation Priority code and Scheduling Priority.
  • Calculate top customer by period → Assign Reservation Priority Code to Customer → Create BPM to change Scheduling Priority Code base on Customer Reservation Code (or run manually by get Job data and import new Scheduling Priority code base on Customer reservation code).
