My management ask if there is any way to do a auto post depreciation in epicor with a click of a button or by schedule? need you advise on this thanks!

Yes, it is very much possible.

  1. Schedule Depreciation calculation process
  2. Schedule Depreciation Posting process

Make sure step 2 process fired well after completion of step 1
