1 - Is it possibly to have a BAM off of a BAQ? We need to know how many customers with type of cus or pro have not had a call record created for greater than the past three days. The purpose of the BAM would be to look at that query and fire off an email / report once per day when the condition was met. We're open to other ideas anyone may have to solve this problem.
2 - Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get more indepth information on setting up task sets and workflows? This is for E9 CRM - but anything out of V8 would work as well.
