Here's one of those, "Boy, I wish I could do this in Vantage..." questions:

Did someone come up with a clever-way to do a NOT MATCHES? If we had an XOR
option in the AndOr, I could figure out a way. I wasn't able to trick the BAQ
Designer by exporting it and re-importing a modified BAQ.
