Where did you get "shutdown.exe"? Is it from the resource kit? It is
not on my server.

Does anyone know how to reboot a windows 2K machine from a command
prompt? In NT 4, it was "shutdown /restart", but this dosen't work in
Win 2K.

I am looking for something similar. I want to schedule reboots for my
2000 server. Can I use the shutdown.exe utility from the NT Resource
Kit? I also would need to schedule to shut down services (i.e. Exchange
Server). Can anyone help me as well?
