Blank UD Form - cannot locate previous post!

I know that the post exists, but I cannot find it for the life of me. I’ll bookmark it this time I promise.

Somebody put me out of my misery, and share a link to the previous post regarding creating a Blank Form on UD table. It had the code to change “Root Node Text”, turn off toolbars, hide the tree view etc.

Creating Handheld Form

Ah, I finally figured out to right click on the hand held form to get to the dropdown that gives me customization, I was looking in Tools on the main screen. But how can I create a new handheld form entirely or do I have to customize an existing form?
