Does Help work? I think you can get to the Tutorials through the Help Interface but if Help isn't working then you have other issues.

I would also follow the instructions of downloading the Training database from EpicWeb and installing your Education License Key. The tutorials there are similar to the online classes and they use the Training database for practice.

The help is working. We had to make a change to the config file, because out of the box it was pointing to one of the Epicor servers. Now that basic help is working we found out the application tutorial isn't selectable. I just got a call back from my CAM and in version 904 the application tutorial is a part of the Embedded Education which cost $10,000 a year. He is verifying this for me, because we have the Premier Plan and that may or may not include the tutorials.
