Hello, I want to make a BPM or Data directive that auto ticks the Lock QTY and Lock Date in purchase order entry as this is currently preventing new PO suggestions coming through
I created an In-Transaction Data Directive against the PORel table that checked these boxes. I have included screenshots of the widgets and actions set. I had to add the condition so it wouldn’t fire in certain Plants in one of our companies.

@tmcmullen I added this BPM workflow (only for Lock QTY) as you showed in the pictures but it does not lock the QTY of the release that are initially created by the system when a new line is created/saved. Please help!

@bjalal Welcome. What version are you running? Can you add it in your profile?
I have virtually the same DD in 11.1 and on my Sets I have the changes row instead of added.

We are using Epicor 10.2.300.
Second @gpayne’s note. We also use “the changed row” in our DD for this. Test it out and see if you get the desired results.

In this context., “changed row” actually means “added OR updated row”.
