If you are doing this in live, don’t forget to turn off tracing in developer mode as well.  If not, there will be A LOT of tracing logs soon. L

You will need to start MES in developer mode
- do this by making a copy of the startup icon and modify the switch, from -MES to -MESC
- then you can start MES,  right click on a blank area of the form & a menu will pop-up with tracing options listed

Someone was kind enough to remind me that when enabling tracing I can see what business objects, methods, whatever, are affected.

But how do you do this with MES?  How does one enable tracing while working in MES?

I’m trying to see what method is used when ending activity, whether it is production or Indirect.  I want to be able to keep a labor record form being approved right away or at least unapprove it one time.  We don’t own the time approval license but I need a way to get my supervisors to approve time records in Epicor.

I just want to know what the method, object or whatever it is called that is used when ending labor activity through MES.

Thanks! Manasa

Right click on MES you get the same option :-D
