I am unable to enter a Cycle Count for a specific part and the error made me think it was in an open group, but it isn’t, I have already checked.
The Error says “Part is already assigned to active cycle count cycle. Cycle PeriodYearCycleSeq=420205”
Validate the part isn’t in the Cycle Count using SQL
One of my users got this today as well.
But… the cycle is long since completed…
And the whole “schedule” is actually complete.
I see that the part was flagged with a status of 0 (“not posted”) but it looks more like the part was voided since all the quantities and dollar values are zero.
Time to make a ticket, I guess.
Anyone ever seen this?
