If you are getting an error in the PO Suggestion form like the one below:

*Buyer ***** is currently processing suggestions since 14/12/2025 12:16:40 for user ****.

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Conversion Workbench.
  2. Select the user and run Conversion Workbench – Running Seq 790 (CVXA0081)(Re-Initialize QuoteHed, Customer, CustCnt, CRMCall, POHeader Key Blocks)*.
  3. After the conversion completes, open the PO Suggestion form.
  4. Click the three dots (⋮) in the grid, select Unlock Buyer, and Save.
  5. Log out of Epicor and log in again.

After completing these steps, the issue should be resolved.

If running the conversion doesn’t work there is a data fix from Epicor for it. It has to do with differences in capitalization of the buyer’s ID on PurAgent, SugPODtl, SugPOChg, and PartPlant tables.
