If you are getting an error in the PO Suggestion form like the one below:
*Buyer ***** is currently processing suggestions since 14/12/2025 12:16:40 for user ****.
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open Conversion Workbench.
- Select the user and run Conversion Workbench – Running Seq 790 (CVXA0081)(Re-Initialize QuoteHed, Customer, CustCnt, CRMCall, POHeader Key Blocks)*.
- After the conversion completes, open the PO Suggestion form.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the grid, select Unlock Buyer, and Save.
- Log out of Epicor and log in again.
After completing these steps, the issue should be resolved.
