Whoops...skip that...it was the approval drop down I looked at. I just added her to her own so I will see if that helps. Thanks.

I'm stumped on a couple issues today so this one first. I have a manager
who is filling in for the Purchasing Manager who reports to her and she
needs to create a PO but it will not let her select herself as a buyer. It
gives her a warning about not being allowed to. She is in the buyer table
and has reciprocal rights with all other buyers (all are allowed each
other's). The dropdown on the buyer field does not include her name so she
can't change to herself. When I try to create a PO it shows my name there
by default so I would not even have to change it. Same for other people.
But when she makes a PO it defaults to the Purch. Mgr. and, agai, she can't
find her name in the list.

Any ideas?
