One book I really like is from O'Reilly called Head Start C#.  Pretty good!

But, I got my company to pay for a c# course at O'Reilly School of Technology for a c# certificate.  Might be overkill for Epicor, but hey it doesn't cost me anything but time, and it is a nice skill to have.
