Calculating or aggregating quote costs in Report Builder

There are also fields in the opmaster and WrkCenter tables which might help
you.
Look at QSetupLRate, QProdLRate, QProdBurRate and QSetupBurRate.

I'm sorry if I misled you, Bob, but estimated costs are EXACTLY what I'm
trying to calculate or aggregate. What I wish to be able to do ultimately
is compare the actual costs from the job (relatively easy to determine
using
the JobAsmbl table and filtering for records where AssemblySeq=0) to the
estimated costs from the quote's manufacturing details (while probably not
rocket science, does seem to require some advanced physics knowledge!)

Nonetheless, thanks for your reply.

Regards,
Scott

?
then it looks like you are trying to get actual job costs which you can
find
in the job tables. look at joboper. the quote tables only relect the
estimate data.

Nope, looking for costs here, not selling prices.

Setting prices is easy, ESPECIALLY when you don't know what the costs
are...

Quotes can get complex if you quote out the routing and BOM. If you are
just looking to total the price you see on the quote line, use the
quoteqty
table, and it would be the "UnitPrice" field (also use OurQuantity and
pricepercode to calculate extended price)

I am attempting to calculate or aggregate quote costs in Report Builder,
but
I am not having any success doing so. I am not even sure which tables and
fields to use. I have been experimenting with the QuoteAsm, QuoteCst,
QuoteDtl, QuoteMtl and QuoteOpr tables. Anybody have any suggestions?
