CallContextBPMData Resets When?

I used UD fields.  We haven’t had any issues.

Subject: Re: [Vantage] CallContextBPMData Resets When?

Suggestions on how to maintain the data?  Store in a UD table is about the only other option I see?  Then I see issues of multiple people hitting it at the same time and trying to manage that mess.

Maybe I'm attacking this problem wrong, if there isn't an option to go this route I may consider a completely different method that I just thought of.

I'm trying to track fields between multiple calls.  Specifically, I'm trying to capture some information from the cross reference pop-up in Job Entry.  I'd like to store the part & xrefpart #'s selected from this screen that match certain criteria.

I'm trying to store these in BPM Data, but it appears the BPM Data is separate from Job Entry to the Cross Reference pop-up.  Using informational messages I can see data being stored from Job Entry doesn't carry to Cross Reference, and data stored in Cross Reference is lost on it's way back.  The data originally stored in Job Entry comes back when returning.

I'm using Character01 for Job Entry part, it shows up when leaving job entry, disappears while on the Cross Reference, then comes back when returning to Job Entry.

I'm using Character02 & 03 for Cross Reference, they exist while in the XR screen but are gone when returning to Job Entry.

Is there anyway I can get these variables to carry across multiple screens?
