Cancel/Void SubContract Operation

We have a SubContract Job Operation. We created a PO and then that portion of the Job has changed and the PO has been voided.
Does anyone know how to Delete (cannot delete due to the attached voided PO) or void or close the SubContract operations?

If you have a material with the same scenario you can change the qty to zero but you cannot have zero qty on a sub contract operation!

Have you tried to delete the PO instead of voiding it?

We prefer to void them to keep the audit trail. I know if you deleted the PO you would be able to delete the sub contract line.
