Cannot Print AR Invoice after 2024.1.15 update

After this weekend’s update to 2024.1.15, no users can print AR Invoices. We recieve a security related error. I’m a security manager, and I can’t even print either. Anyone else run into this, or can test in their system to verify?

I put in a ticket… but not being able to provide invoices to customers on a timely basis is nearly as bad as the system being down.

Yep they will give a data fix. I would share it but don’t think that’s allowed even though its generic.

And while you are waiting for a fix, just use mass print AR invoices.

Appreciate it. I’ll wait on them… I tried the mass print (honestly never used) but it returned no invoices found, even though I clearly put the number in of the valid invoice i need. one of them days i guess. :smiley:

You have to select the customers too.

Had the filter bar minimized and never saw it. Thanks a bunch! That worked as a “get me by”, and just got the data fix from Epicor.

Got the data fix and immediately back to good. They must have added a column or something and got stuff off in the UD fields.
