Ours seem to be the packing slips that were voided - it has been a long time since I looked at them all... we also have pages of detail where I entered the wip from going live.. I have never posted all that stuff and that is what they told me I would have to post and Je back out. But never actually did it...

Since we were on Vantage for a long time before we turned on the Inventory interface option (actually, before it was even available) we have pages and pages of ancient jobs that show every month. The official answer was that we would have to change periods, post and then JV the entries. We've done this in some limited testing but have never had time to do it in the live system. I hear from the accountants at each division every month....

Well that is what I did a plus of .01 and then a minus of .01 in labor I think and then posted -- it was a while back but I believe it worked for that month but then the next month they came back again... so I have just left them alone.

And if that doesn't work - we had some that wouldn't go away - the value was 0 but they just kept showing up needing to post. Epicor said to do a job adjustment + & - to the job and then do capture .... this didn't work for use cause we still have them hanging out there but it might work for you if that is the issue.

Change the dates on the jobs to the current period. Then, you will need to make a journal entry to back out these transactions. Ugly but to my knowledge the only way to correct this issue.
