We saw something interesting today, we had users reporting that Epicor was unusually speedy this morning. Asking around, I found that last night one of our accountants ran the Capture WIP process, and mistakenly ran it right up to that day (usually they are running just for the previous month).
Do you know if the Capture WIP process will speed up fulfillment transactions in Customer Shipment Entry? It was our shippers who reported the speed increase, we use Customer Shipment Entry, Pack Out, and Insite Manifest to ship. If this does affect user performance, we could look at increasing the frequency of running the capture process.
