Cash Receipts sever side error regarding USD currency

Hello,

Do you have currency management module?

I have seen that when customers download the test db from EpicWeb and the db does not have currency management module but the tables include currency information.

If you do have the currency management module make sure you have the conversion rules properly set up under financial management + currency management + setup + rate type, and a valid exchange rate under exchange rate maintenance.

When entering Cash receipts in E10 test, I get a "Currency exchange record was not found for currency code USD to currency code EUR" message when trying to select and apply invoices.  Has anyone encountered this before?  how can it be corrected.
