Is there a way to change the “From:” date on the sales order pick list? Instead of us choosing a date each time, I would like all records to show if the orders are still open. I don’t think a customization is the correct way to go on this.
I’d be satisfied with 180 days or infinite, if that’s achievable.
I’m going to try a personalization to default a dynamic -6months. I didn’t think of that right away.
Can you please post your test results? I ran into the same thing, but never got a good solution. I just told the users to put the From date as the first of the year or first of last year.

it works but needs to be done for each user. I think it might be a “Personalization”
