After upgrade, report paramenters stuck for some users?!?

After upgrading from E9 to E10 we have some lingering issues:

  1. For a handful of users, the Sales Order Pick List report options menu shows really old “From” and “To” dates. Not every user has the same dates either. For the rest of the company, the “From” and “To” default to today’s date.

  2. For our order entry team, when printing Job Travelers from Job Entry, sometimes (randomly) the first print job is an old job that was perhaps entered the day we went live. This cannot be duplicated easily, but every day or so she has a few jobs open, goes to print the travelers, but this old job gets into the print queue somehow.

ANY IDEAS?!?!

Let me look into my notes as we had a similar problem with invoices. Print any single one, and its fine. Print multiple invoices and the first one would always be this same old invoice that wasn’t in the group.
