With the Epicor Education environment becoming available on the cloud for 10.2.300 on-prem companies, I’m curious how we will reset the database back to new (for those workshops that can only be done once)? Thank you.
Usually you can download a fresh one and just do a restore. Look on EpicWeb in the Download section.

Mark - I’m a cloud newbie… What do we download if it’s on the cloud? I assumed the client got pointed to an internet address, and that was that…
So, if you’re a Cloud user, you just fill out an EpicCare ticket and ask them to refresh your Education Database.
