Public Cloud down after 10.2.500 upgrade (version mismatch between server and database)

Is anyone else seeing this?


We are getting this on education and pilot (we are pre-implementation, so not using live).

Yes, the Education databases and the Pilot databases for those moving to 10.2.500 are being upgraded in preparation for testing. If you’re still implementing or using the Flex option, this should not have happened. Contact the Cloud Team and let them know.

Live users are up and running just fine. This is only happening to Pilot and Education right now.

Thanks, Mark! We did contact them to ensure they knew we were implementing, which was confirmed, so I will follow up.
