I tried to use this today and for some reason my reason codes did not copy over from live to pilot. Has anyone experienced this?

Not me. I just did a push on Monday, exact duplicate.
After you’ve double checked, I would report it.
Thanks Kevin for confirming that. Yeah, it seems to be an issue, hopefully segregated to our company. I put in a support ticket and am hoping there will be resolution.

You know on the reason code screen you have to pick the type of reason code before you search? Maybe too obvious to say but just in case that is why . . .
