I tried to use this today and for some reason my reason codes did not copy over from live to pilot. Has anyone experienced this?
Not me. I just did a push on Monday, exact duplicate.
After you’ve double checked, I would report it.
Thanks Kevin for confirming that. Yeah, it seems to be an issue, hopefully segregated to our company. I put in a support ticket and am hoping there will be resolution.
You know on the reason code screen you have to pick the type of reason code before you search? Maybe too obvious to say but just in case that is why . . .
Gets me everytime
I assume you are talking about this drop down?
Does anyone know when this will be rolled out? I dont have any of these options on any database.
It’s live now.
It’s live if you’re on an AKS (Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services) container, but not if you’re on an AWS (Amazon Web Services) server. You can tell which one you’re on by the URL… if it starts with something like “centralusdt” or “gccd” it’s AWS. So far no indications that I’ve heard about when it happens for the rest of us.
Nobody is on amazon. Its just whether they have migrated from Azure to AKS or not and you can’t tell from the url.
Thanks everyone, we have confirmed that there isn’t a good timeline for any customer to get the portal. You get it when you get it.
Can you give us any clue about what we should be paying attention to and WHEN we should be paying attention to it? Should we check the menu for “Cloud Management Portal” at every 2-week dot release, or will it only happen on the half-yearly cycle?
I have asked the experts to chime in here.
Thanks!
Epicor Cloud Management Portal is generally available for Epicor public cloud customers. For Enterprise, GovCloud, and Life Science customers, Epicor CMP availability is planned between late 2025 and early to mid-2026. Epicor CMP is not planned to be available for Express customers.
There is a webinar on the Epicor CMP on Wednesday, June 18. This is the link to register if you would like to learn more about the portal: Unlocking Efficiency: Self-Service with the Epicor Cloud Management Portal
The Support team has also created a KB article for self-onboarding for the Epicor CMP which can be found using this link: EpicCare Login - EpicCare
Thanks for sharing Tracy!
