Commissions and the need for a Commission Statement

We are currently looking at utilizing the Commission functionality in
Vantage. In order to alleviate the problem of creating a separate
system to create commission statements (to our Sales Reps) we have
decided to take a look at possibly using Vantage. One of the main
problems I am having is linking the Orderhed.SalesReplist to the SaleRep
Master file table. The Orderhed.Salesreplist is a string value which
could possibly contain multiple Sales Rep Codes because of the
possibility of having a commission split. Has anyone created such a
report or something similar so that I can take a look at the flow.
