Company specific task agent issues

This was the problem. System Agent user was not in the new company.

Multicompany Report Issue

The following are the steps to resolve the issue Open AdminConsole. Select Application & Click on “Task Agent Configuration” button. Check User id. Go to below navigation System Setup -> Security maintenance -> User Account and Security Maintenance Enter same user id as in task agent. Add all companies & checked the “Security Manger” checkbox. Exit from Application. Re-login & check reports. [image]
