Not much of an Epicor Admin, but after setting up a new Epicor environment everything prints inside of epicor for two companies, but the third for some reason never has anything show up in the system monitor when we go to run reports. Can you have Company specifc task agent issues? everything inside of System agent seems normal compared to the other companies where reports can run… Not sure what is going on
When you say “Companies” do you mena multiple companies in one DB, or independent Apps in the Epicor Admin Console?
If it is the later, each needs its own task agent running.

This was the problem. System Agent user was not in the new company.
