I have a sister facility in another country that is on their third
consultant and two years later nowhere near implementation. We started
in January and and are not happy to say the least. We are using the
same consultant our sister company is and they are in another country
and have not even been to our plant. We are reaching out for help and
are wondering if we need to find someone local.
Does anyone know of a list of consultants out there to find someone
close by?
Should I just go to Epicore training classes?
