For some users i see copy order functionality is disabled. Does any body knows how to give access to them?
I’m assuming your are referring to Sales Order Entry.
Sometimes Action menu options are disabled/enabled depending on which UI element has focus.
It may be disabled with Service Security, where users or security groups can be blocked from running some BO Methods. If that’s what’s happening it would be Service bo.SalesOrder.CopyOrder
Would need more information to know for sure.
There is Workforce Security, but that should block access to the Sales Order completely.
