Quick question how to you find out what costing you are running in Epicor.
Any pointers would be great.

I think it’s at the site level- maybe @Hally can correct me!

It is multiple places! First, it is on the Company level as the default for all new parts. Then it is on the Part on the main page. It is also where you showed.

Company
Part
All new parts will default to the company unless overidden.
New Sites will adopt whatever the default (Company Config) Site cost ID is, once again this can be overridden.
It is possible to have different cost methods for the same part in different sites.

However there are a few other things you need to consider, and that is the Site Cost ID and how you can share site cost id’s across different sites.
Site Cost Maintenance has a a few other parameters that effects costing. The Help refers to Cost IDs as Cost Sets which are used in the calculation of costs for manufactured parts.
So if you are looking for the default cost method then the company is the place to look. It is possible to import all your parts in with DMT with a different method.
