That was what I figured. Logically, I would ALWAYS want to invoice no
matter what. Does not make sense to have a message pop up that a
customer is on hold during invoicing.
I did see a message when I had a credit limit to that customer, but not
one when they were on hold.
Thanks!

Never seen it happen, and don't know that it should happen during
invoicing.
As far as I know you can warn/hold during order entry and then again
during
shipping. Once it ships the damage is done and you still want to send
the
invoice.

Subject: [Vantage] Credit Hold issue
An incident occurred here where someone claims that a customer was on
credit hold and Shipping Manager claimed she did not see a message when
pack slip was created, but got a message when Invoice was created.
Well I had my doubts about Invoicing popping up a message. So I tested
it with several different customers and no message ever pops up that a
customer is on hold when invoicing.
Can anyone else verify this for me? I really hate "he said, she said"
situations, and situations where "well it must be a glitch".
TIA!
