Criteria filters not working

Hi All,

does anyone know the solution for my issue ?
I have RDD using BAQ Data Source. I try to use Criteria filters.

but when try to generate kinetic form in report style ,
it show a warning message as shown below. after the submission form launch and i try to click the button in filter area, it won’t show any data.

the other thing is, when i try to “preview submission form” in screen RDD, it shows a different RDD , it never show my selected RDD.

last thing is, this happens only in 1 environment, the other 2 environment works normally.

my goal is to have a filter which have more than one selection.
I have followed this step as well. Any suggestions on how to filter a dynamic report? - #26 by Dragos

Weird, I don’t see anything wrong there. In the RDD, did you create the criteria filter first and then used the criteria mapping to link it ? If so, I have no clue what’s wrong. Does it work in classic ?

Yes, i created the criteria filter first then completed the criteria mapping. i havent tried in classic yet.
